This website is operated by Sot Works LLC, doing business as SOT Works, at 221 W 17th St, Hazleton, PA 18201, United States. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to admin@sotworks.com.
What the website processes
The project form asks for your name, business email, optional company name, the service you need, and your project description. Entering those details prepares a summary inside your browser. The form does not submit them to a server, and we do not save them in browser storage. They remain in the page until you leave or reload it. A downloaded file or text copied to your clipboard is under your control.
When you choose to email us
The “Open email draft” button opens your email application with the summary and the appropriate SOT Works address. You decide whether to send it. Your email provider processes the draft under its own terms. If you send an email, Sot Works LLC receives your email address, your message, any signature, and any attachments you choose to include. We use that information to respond, evaluate the request, provide agreed services, administer the business relationship, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Hosting, logs, and cookies
The site is delivered through Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, browser information, and security logs. This site does not add advertising pixels, analytics tools, or its own cookies. The hosting service may use authentication or security cookies, including when access is restricted. All page fonts and visual assets are served from this site.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell contact requests or use this website for targeted advertising. Information may be handled by the email, hosting, and other service providers needed to deliver the website, respond to your request, or perform an agreed service. It may also be disclosed when required by applicable law. We retain correspondence for as long as needed for the inquiry, business relationship, recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations; this website does not set a single retention period for every type of correspondence.
Your choices and requests

We may need to verify your identity and assess legal or recordkeeping requirements. Your rights and available remedies depend on applicable law. Please do not include passwords, financial account details, or other sensitive information in an initial project inquiry.

No website or email channel can promise absolute security. Security-sensitive coordination should begin with support@sotworks.com so an appropriate channel and scope can be agreed. We will update this notice when the website’s data handling changes; the date above identifies this version.
